Freelance Work

     Those people close to me already know, but I have been hired as a Freelance writer for an acquaintance who works for a real estate company on the side. I have been hired on to write up the house descriptions. My sample piece is as follows.
     What I was given:

Full basement roughed for a bath, features nearly 8' high ceilings ready for finishing. Convenient location. No condo association.

This well maintained side by side condo built in 2006 features an open concept floor plan. The living area flows through the dinette into the open kitchen and snack bar. The vaulted ceilings keep the open concept all the way to the 2^nd floor loft. The master suite sits on the main level as well as a half bath, while two bedrooms and a full bathroom occupy the upper floor. The laundry is located directly off of the attached garage and the full basement with 8’ ceilings is ready to be finished and have a third bathroom put in. Conveniently located five minutes from Pike Lake State Park, and there are no condo association fees.
